![]() ![]() NYCRUNS is known for putting on running events of the highest quality. If you cannot, you must board the sweep bus or surrender your bib to a race official. You must be able to sustain a pace under 20 minutes per mile and if this is a concern for you, it is imperative that you start on time. Half marathoners must complete the 13.1 miles by noon. The Prospect Park Track Club will be providing pace teams for the half marathon (1:30-3:00). ![]() Water, Lemon Lime Nuun Endurance, and restrooms will be available approximately every 1.5 miles, and medical support will be available throughout the course. There will be timing (split) points and clocks throughout the course. The USATF Certified courses will be electronically timed using the MYLAPS Bibtag system. From there, the route heads up the grand concourses of Fulton Street & Flatbush Avenue, into historic brownstone Brooklyn before passing through Grand Army Plaza and finishing in Prospect Park. The iconic route starts in hip North Brooklyn and winds around the waterfront taking you under the historic Williamsburg, Manhattan, and Brooklyn Bridges while delivering eye popping views of Manhattan.
